Bombay duck Fry

INSTRUCTIONS
3 pieces of Bombay duck
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
200 gm rice batter
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
200 ml oil
Paste- grind some ginger, garlic and green chillies together
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make fillets of the Bombay duck.
- Marinate in paste, turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
- Coat the fish with rice batter and deep fry until crisp.
- The dish is ready to serve.
